Joyner Construction Services Inc. (JCS) is a general contracting and construction management company founded in 2007.  Corky Joyner is the president of JCS and brings 23 years of construction and real estate development experience to the company.  Mike Blindauer is the director of construction operations.  Mike has an engineering background and over 40 years experience in the commercial construction industry.  Together, Corky and Mike make JCS a strong competitor in the central Illinois construction market and the company has seen steady growth since its conception.  The company also employs an estimator/coordinator, four field superintendents, and a fully supportive office staff.  JCS has focused on light commercial, automotive, and multi-family residential construction and has recent experience remodeling the Subaru, Porsche, Volvo, and Mercedes dealerships in Springfield, Illinois.  The company has also built several banks as well as many restaurants and multi-tenant retail buildings.  The construction management model employed by JCS has worked very well in the current economic climate and the company is positioned to continue as an industry leader in our market segment for the future.
